February 10 we'll dive into how to prepare salmon and seafood with a special meet the fisherman question and answer session. Class is from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
February 24 has us in a pickle! Pickles, they are so much easier than you think. We'll do canned and refrigerated pickles. Class is from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
March 10 will have you learning the basics of making jam. You'll learn about jamming basics and how to utilize the best of the Northwest for months to come.

You'll go home with your creations and printed materials to guide you. Maximum 20 attendees/minimum 5. Price is $20.00 per person to cover the cost of materials.
